Pre-compressed joint tape 25 x 20mm COMPRESS BAND

The Zwaluw Compress Band BG1 is a pre-compressed polyurethane sealing tape, impregnated with a combination of acrylic dispersions. It is self-adhesive on one side for easy application. After application, the tape expands and seals the joint. At 30% of maximum expansion, it is waterproof against rain up to 600 Pa.

Applications: The Zwaluw Compress Band BG1 is used in many applications for sealing joints in structural constructions. Common applications include window frame connections, wooden constructions, the jointing of prefabricated walls, in spatial joints, etc. It provides particular advantages when applied for sealing connection joints and expansion joints between various structural elements, as well as in sealing various membranes on roofs for airtightness. It is used in many interior applications due to its good sound insulation capability.
