The application is simple and effective, preparing your hair to absorb the nutrients to the fullest.

For best results, wash your hair with warm to hot water to open the hair cuticles. After draining the excess moisture, apply the mask to damp hair, using an amount roughly the size of two walnuts. Focus from the mid-lengths to the ends, gently massaging to ensure the product is absorbed properly. Leave the mask on for at least 5 minutes, and for even greater hydration, you can wrap your hair in a warm towel. Rinse well with lukewarm to cool water to "seal" in the nutrients.
