Preparation method:
- Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Ready Mix for Bread 235 g
- 250 g water
- 100 g yogurt
- 30 g olive oil
- Method:
- In a bowl, add the water, oil, yogurt, and add the bread mix. Stir very well with a whisk.
- Mix gently with a spoon and continue kneading very well by hand.
- Let the dough rest for a few minutes.
- With slightly oiled hands, shape into 1 loaf or individual buns for hamburgers, sandwiches, etc., and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated fan oven, on the middle rack, at 170°C, for 30-40 minutes.
Final product: Each 235 g package produces approximately 550-600 g of bread.
