I had higher expectations from this particular product. Generally, my hair is long and not very frizzy, and I didn't notice any difference in my hair with the use of this shampoo combined with its conditioner. Of course, it has a wonderful scent but that's not a reason that would make me buy it again. Quite overpriced and expensive for no reason.

My hair gets incredibly tangled. With this shampoo, without using conditioner or a mask, it detangles immediately, more easily than ever!

Because I have had keratin treatment, I use the shampoo that is specifically for this case, as well as the conditioner, and I am satisfied. My hair doesn't get frizzy and its scent is nice. I also noticed that it becomes very soft.

Update after 3 weeks of use:
The hair does indeed get quite oily as others have mentioned.

From the first two weeks of exclusive use, I began to notice significant hair loss. Although I suspected it, at first I did not connect it to the product so I continued to use it normally for two months, until I started to worry and upon searching I discovered that other users have faced the same problem with this particular product. Additionally, my hair started to get incredible tangles and is more fragile than before. As for the shine, I can't say that I noticed any difference. I also have the rest of the products in the series and used them together, so I can safely say that they significantly reduced the quality of my hair.

It doesn't clean the hair well at all! Both the conditioner and the serum make it greasy.. nothing like the other Elvive shampoos

Extremely bad, it frizzes the hair instead of giving shine; it has become dull and looks lifeless, and the worst part is that my face has started to peel, probably from the glycolic acid. There should be a mention of possible side effects. I suggest anyone who wants to buy it to be cautious in case their skin reacts to glycolic acid like mine did. After the second wash, I developed redness and peeling. It has been almost 2 weeks, and I am still recovering

I wonder why this shampoo and consequently the whole line went viral… Supposedly it's for frizzy hair, and the weird thing is that it makes them frizz more. I also use the conditioner from the line and it hardly softens them at all, nor does it detangle them. In fact, I've realized that the more I use it, the more tangled my hair gets. Also, I didn't see any special shine. The price is not justified for its performance. The cheaper shampoos I've bought are more effective than this. Truly wasted money!!

One of the best shampoos I have ever bought. It is worth every euro, I have been using it for 3 months and I don't have dry scalp. And my hair has grown excessively long, I see this for the first time. I just believe it needs continuous use to see the result.
