Tight Regular Loose
The shoes that arrived are not the correct code and there is a difference in color. Instead of the code JH6333 that I ordered, the code IG1231 arrived. I contacted the store and was informed that the code I am requesting does not exist from the beginning. Correct the mistake and the photo so that you do not inconvenience your customers.
I returned the product which you have apparently received for days and still have not sent me the return receipt so that I can get my money back. I am trying to contact you but I am talking to a robot, so you understand that the answers are not clear and although I have also sent you a relevant email, you have not replied to me yet, nor has anyone contacted me.
Τα παπούτσια που ήρθαν δεν είναι ο σωστός κωδικός και έχουν διαφορά στο χρώμα. Αντί για τον κωδικό JH6333 που παράγγειλα ήρθε ο κωδικός IG1231. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα και με ενημέρωσαν ότι αυτός ο κωδικός που ζητάω δεν υπάρχει εξ αρχής. Διορθώστε το λάθος και τη φωτογραφία ώστε να μην ταλαιπωρείτε τους πελάτες σας.
Επέστρεψα το προϊόν το οποίο φαίνεται ότι έχετε παραλάβει εδώ και μέρες και ακόμα δεν μου έχετε στείλει το αποδεικτικό επιστροφής ώστε να πάρω τα χρήματα μου πίσω. Προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω μαζί σας αλλά μιλάω με ρομπότ, οπότε καταλαβαίνετε πως οι απαντήσεις δεν είναι σαφείς και ενώ σας έχω στείλει και ανάλογο e-mail δεν μου έχετε απαντήσει ακόμα, ούτε έχει επικοινωνήσει κάποιος μαζί μου.
