The PerfectFry Plus sensor constantly monitors your pan to keep its temperature stable and prevent food from burning. And it works just as effectively with many foods. You choose one of the 11 preset temperatures ranging from 70°C to 220°C, and the cooktop will notify you when the pan has reached the right temperature. For ideal results, every time.
