Purchased in August 2024, after 7 months of use, the person I was talking to could not hear me through the left earbud, while I could hear them normally. Also, my callers reported that they could hear their own voice echoing, something that did not happen when I connected with the right earbud.
In terms of connectivity, they were flawless, had no loss, and had a long connectivity range.

4 stars because the responsibility lies with the one who chooses the product. And let me explain... I bought them based on their musicality and not for talking. So, regarding musicality, they don't have capabilities in the equalizer. However, as hands-free, they are very good.

The battery is bad and the sound volume is quite low. After a year of use, one earbud did not sound good and eventually stopped working completely. It is not worth its price. The only good things are the design and the quick connectivity.

They are not worth their money, after 1 year of use unfortunately the battery keeps dying, the right earbud doesn't charge at all and generally I bought them for 80 euros, they weren't worth it!

Disappointing from the first day of use. In short, they are not worth the money and do not deliver what they promise in the specifications.

- The Active Noise Cancelling is non-existent. It makes no difference with or without
- The sound is satisfactory but very low
- The isolation is also poor. While running, they make so much noise that it is impossible to discern speech

On the positive side, they are quite beautiful and connect very quickly. At this price, I would not recommend them to anyone

The battery management is the epitome of "whatever." They charge all night and in the morning one has 30% and the other 20% (how is this possible?). And even if the sound is good, this issue is annoying by itself.

the battery in these is garbage. the useless ones at jbl haven't even fixed the indicator properly. and one earbud is almost empty while the other is full. GARBAGE

The pins in the charging case that insert and charge the earbuds are poorly made and of low quality. Let me explain; You wear the earbuds from their case in the morning after having them in the case since the previous night and… Balls… In 5’ battery low!!! Take them in and out all day every day.. Beautiful design, the sound quality, the connectivity, and all the other features are at a very satisfactory level, but you can't enjoy them if the earbuds don't charge. What a shame…

Apparently I was unlucky and got one defective earphone, it dies after an hour or an hour and a half, but the second one works fine. Overall, the product is good, I just had bad luck with mine.

2 devices of the same model fell into my hands... Unacceptable... The battery is indecisive, one time it says 30, another 70... Both times in a month, one of them stopped playing at the same volume... JBL is only good for speakers...

Extremely disappointing product, from such a company.
Terrible connectivity, one moment the battery is at 90% and the next at 10%.
It would be good for JBL to withdraw this particular model.
Not even worth 5 euros...

So it wants to work. Within 1 year I have replaced them once and now I will change the second ones, which they gave me as a replacement.

For their price, I wouldn't recommend them. They do exactly the same for me as others have said: Both don't charge, the battery drains rapidly, they go into the case and lose connection, etc. etc. Stay away.

Unfortunately, my experience with these headphones has not been satisfactory. Although the sound is quite good, the connectivity is problematic. The connection drops frequently. This makes it difficult to use them, whether for music or calls. For their price, I would expect greater reliability in operation. I would not recommend them to those who need stable and hassle-free connectivity.

They are good headphones but, first, the active noise cancellation makes no difference and second, they buzz in your ears if you are outside

I've been using them for a little over a month. For their price, they are definitely worth it for me personally. They connect very quickly. They are quite durable. They have a nice sound. When I talk on calls, they hear me perfectly. I got them in blue and they really have a beautiful design. I've switched from other brands in the last two to three years. 3 to 4 pairs. I got JBL for the first time and I am very satisfied!

Really disappointed as this is a classic case of default problems and what I mean.

2/2 pieces after a while (a few months), purchased from different stores, one branded and the other not, and used by 2 different people, lost connection, the right earbud with the base resulting in if you have them in a bag or anywhere else besides a flat surface they do not charge.

Great app, great sound, great range, water resistance, a shame for the money and a shame for me who got used to something so high quality that lasted so little.

When a product lasts less than the 2-year warranty especially from a company like JBL that has not accustomed us to failures, well it's better to avoid it.

Unfortunately, stay away!

They often stay connected after being placed in the case, resulting in not charging, and when you need them, they are out of battery

The headphones were purchased at a discounted price of about 70 euros. They look nice and the sound quality they offer is satisfactory. The problem is that before too much time passed, the right one lost a lot of battery. Specifically, it charges up to 50% and drops quite quickly, resulting in about 7 months of having them, I can't complete a 1.5-hour workout. The right one essentially shuts down after 40 minutes. I don't know if it's just mine or a general problem with the model, but I don't think I would buy them again.

Purchased in December 2023 for 75 euros.
Positives:
- Very fast connection with the mobile as soon as you open the case
- Very good and stable fit in the ear
- Very good music sound
- The size of the case is satisfactory
- Good acoustics in phone calls
- Comes with an app for further customization of the headphones
- Has touch gestures on the headphones for ending or starting a call as well as for managing music (pause, next, previous song) and activates the Google Assistant

Negatives:
- Non-existent noise canceling! I feel deceived as I bought them for this very reason. In phone calls, the listener hears EVERYTHING! The noise canceling advertised is for the external noises that I hear and not for the listener.
- The headphones after a while do not make good contact with the terminals in the case resulting in them often being out of battery
- The gestures do not include volume up or down
- The available ambient sound control cannot be changed during the call

Amazing headphones with very good sound and a very nice feature to switch from on-ear to in-ear for the undecided BUT (big but) after 1.5 years the battery lasted only 15-25 minutes of use in my ear and I had to put them back for charging. They will be returned under warranty and I will give them one more chance because for 1.5 years they left me completely satisfied.

Good sound quality and powerful sound. It connects immediately and the headphone battery lasts for 5 hours with phone calls (not with continuous use e.g. youtube). Very good.

No difference in noise cancelling, when you put them in the case they charge whenever they want, resulting in taking them out after 5 hours with e.g. 10% on one and 60% on the other.. they seem of good quality but they are not.

In the 5th month they stopped working, they don't pair with the phone at all, and with a second phone I tried, they don't even see the bluetooth. I searched online to reset them without the app and still nothing, they are now useless and the use I made of them was very light, I only used them for music, movies, and for a few hours mainly at night. They had never fallen down, nor had I mistreated them, and suddenly one day there was no connection even though they were working because when I put them in my ear I could hear music and it would stop without being connected. Another negative was that there was a delay in the sound, meaning you would see a video talking and the sound would be heard after 1-2 seconds. Overall satisfied with the battery, sound but the money was wasted.

i bought the earbuds 9 months ago and earbuds has been damaged, Earbuds has charging problem and left earbud is not work and not charging

I have had them for a year, they work great, they have fallen down several times and haven't suffered any damage. At first, I had a problem with the charging as mentioned, but I cleaned the contacts and opened and closed them using the app, and since then everything is okay. The only negatives, in quotation marks, are the volume and the noise cancellation, but for the money they cost, they are super, that's it!

Very sensitive headphones, they broke very quickly, they are definitely not worth their money and for me the sound should be louder.

After a year of use, I can say the following starting with the most important points for which they were purchased:
• Average sound quality
• Very poor microphone noise reduction, for example, air, engine, etc. Also, it doesn't always work.
• Very poor active noise cancellation, almost non-existent
• Average build quality
• The right earphone almost never charges from the first few days
• Poor connection/disconnection, for example, even when both are inside the case with the lid closed and should be charging, they don't charge and are still connected to the mobile phone
• They definitely are not worth their money

After a month of use, the right earphone did not fit well in the case and did not charge. As a result, it remained connected to the phone and calls were transferred to the earphones while I was trying to talk on the phone. I have returned them for replacement or refund a month ago and I am still waiting...
