The Doulton Hip water filter system is installed under the kitchen counter and connects to its dedicated faucet. It includes a replacement Ultracarb 0.5 μm ceramic filter with an outer microfiltration shell, an activated carbon block and heavy-metal reduction technology.

Microfiltration retains bacteria, cysts and microparticles, while activated carbon removes chlorine and organic compounds and helps improve taste and odour. The system accepts UltraCarb, UltraCarb Si and PFAS replacement filters. It operates with cold water at temperatures from 3 °C to 30 °C.
