Composition: Dandelion leaves - Taraxaci Folium.

Active ingredients: inulin, resin tannins, mucilage, bitter substance (dandelion), phytocides, phytosterols, choline, caffeic acid.

Properties: choleretic-cholagogue, normalizes blood circulation, stimulates secretions, saliva, gastrointestinal, hepatic, diuretic, cleansing with massive excretion of cholesterol, aids in restoring gland balance.

Recommendations:

• Internally: kidney and gallstones, urinary disorders, circulatory disturbances, liver insufficiency, functional gastrointestinal disorders, obesity, constipation, hemorrhoids, anemia, weakness, rheumatism.
• Externally: eczema.

Dosage:

• Internally: infusion of 1-2 tablespoons of plant in 250 ml of water. Cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Drink 2-3 cups of tea per day, between main meals.
• Externally: concentrated infusion of 2 tablespoons of plant in 500ml of boiling water, use as compresses.

Contraindications: in case of hypertension and other heart diseases, use with caution and under a doctor's guidance.
