Reliably capture scenes in extreme weather conditions or challenging environments with the green PENTAX WG-8 digital camera from Ricoh. Featuring the greatest operating depth of any camera in the WG series to date, the WG-8 is submersible to depths of up to 65.6' and dustproof to IPX6. It can withstand extreme temperatures as low as 14°F, and its user-friendly design and numerous convenient features allow for easy operation of the camera. It includes a built-in ring light, 5x optical zoom, 4K resolution movie clip, and more.

BSI CMOS Sensor 20MP | 4K Video and SR+ Movie

The WG-8 provides sharp 20MP images with low noise up to ISO 6400 sensitivity using a back-illuminated CMOS image sensor. It offers 4K resolution movie recording in H.264 format, allowing you to capture high-quality extended movie clips at 30 fps. In addition to the Movie Shake Reduction function, the Movie SR+ mode produces vibration reduction comparable to using a gimbal.

5x Optical Zoom Lens and LED Ring

The 5x optical zoom lens provides a viewing angle from 5 mm to 25 mm, which is equivalent to a full-frame view of approximately 28 mm to 140 mm. The minimum focusing distance of 1 cm allows for extremely close macro shooting.

Around the lens barrel, there is a ring light with six LEDs, so you can capture clearer and sharper images in low-light conditions. The power of the emitted light can be adjusted.

Advanced GPS and built-in compass

Web Camera Support for Live Streaming

Use the WG-8 as a webcam by switching to UVC mode, connecting it to a computer via a USB cable, and then streaming Full HD video at 30 fps.

3" 1.04 m-Dot LCD Screen

A high-resolution 3" 1.04 m-dot LCD screen allows for wide-angle viewing. An anti-reflective coating on the screen minimizes glare and enables easier viewing even in bright sunlight. Additionally, the Outdoor View setting lets you adjust the screen brightness for optimized visibility.
