The Fanvil X6U wired IP phone is designed for reception and call center use and supports 20 SIP lines. It has a 4.3-inch color display with a resolution of 480 × 272 and a second 2.4-inch color display with a resolution of 320 × 240. It supports PoE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi connectivity via dongle, and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity.

The 5 line keys have LED illumination, while the 60 DSS keys provide access to functions and contacts. The device has a 2,000-entry phonebook, a 1,000-call history, HD audio, and support for conferences with 3 or 6 participants, depending on the version. It is compatible with EHS headsets and has a stand with two tilt positions.
