    Terrible, horrible product. Internal rattling upon receipt. Cheap plastic quality, cheaply put together, it falls apart constantly and I've had to tape it together. The buttons barely work, the charger only works sometimes, the battery only lasts a few short hours.
    This item is labeled Barbie, so I expected a certain level of quality. Which it clearly is not.
    As we didn't keep the box, I cannot even send it back. It started falling apart within HOURS of getting it.
    It's disgusting to sell a product like this to children, my child is heartbroken.
