MAX GEAR® synthetic gear oil
Royal Purple®'s Max Gear® is suitable for use throughout the automotive industry, for front and rear steering systems, manual transmissions, and gearboxes that require lubricants with API GL-5 or GL-4 specifications.
This gear oil is non-corrosive, suitable for metals such as brass, copper, and bronze, and safe for all parts that come into contact and synchronize. It also performs excellently in marine applications such as shafts and propellers but is not suitable for wet-type clutches.
