The REA ULTRA LIGHT ROLLER is stable yet flexible, like the thumbs of a massage therapist, and is one of the lightest in the series. As you roll over it, the specially designed surface gently stretches soft tissue (muscles and fascia) in multiple directions.

The surface of the REA ROLLER is much firmer than muscle tissue but much softer than bone, so it does not deviate when it comes into contact with your spine or other bony protrusions. Through simple techniques, you can control the pressure the roller exerts on your body.
