Purchased in March 2025 and I can say that for the past 7 months we have finally been sleeping like humans without the fluffy rascal waking us up at 5 in the morning as if it's dying of starvation.
We have set the times and portions and everything works like clockwork.
It has never jammed even though we have changed the kibble size.
Portion adjustment is extremely easy and it also has a lock so the pet can't press it by itself and get fed whenever it feels like it.
A big plus is that it works both with electricity and with batteries in case of a power outage.
Our cat got used to it immediately and now doesn't even pay attention to us for food.
He even knows exactly what time the magic robot will feed him.
I got this specific one for Biscotto (my kitty).
At first, he was very excited with the device and how much food he could see inside.
He found a way to fit his paw into the hole where the food drops from, and managed to get food whenever he wanted.
After many observations, he realized he shouldn't do that, and for a while now he doesn't even try. He usually leaves a little food on the side so he can nibble on it later whenever he wants.
It is very convenient for every cat and owner, and there is no stress about whether the cat will go hungry.
Its settings are very easy. Once or twice the motor has jammed and didn't drop food, but this is very rare.
Bought for a cat.
Works just fine although sometimes depending on the size of the food it may get stuck.
Gently shake the food container and the issue is resolved.
The settings for the food are in increments of 10 grams, you can't put less than a whole decimal number.
Overall, I am satisfied and the cat got used to it very quickly.
