Also, its app is very good and super easy to use. As for the support, I have no words. I gave feedback in the app about a problem I had, which in the end turned out to be my own mistake, but their support not only replied to me immediately with possible causes, but also followed up since I didn't reply right away, and they answered my next emails within 10 minutes. I have never personally experienced such support before. I have also attached a screenshot from the support as proof. Overall, I highly recommend it. The 4 stars, and not 5, I give simply because it doesn't do a perfect cleaning job and for no other reason, without that meaning that I am not extremely satisfied. It's just that 5 stars are given only for perfection :).
