This review is about a variation of the product

I think it's terrible and if a normal oven takes one hour to cook a meal, this one needs three hours. It was provided by the apartment I rented and I bought an air fryer to get my work done. Stay away, you're wasting electricity for nothing

In one month the thermostat broke. It broke again after it was repaired. Then the large burner broke so I was left with nothing and it's just going to the trash. I have never written reviews on Skroutz or in general but here the limits were exceeded?

When the oven is operating, you can't get within a meter of it because the outer casing gets scalding hot, as if it were made of paper. The oven and the burners heat up excessively and burn the food. The burners don't have a 1 or 1.5 setting. You have to set it to 2 and stand over the burner, or set it to 1 and wait forever. After two weeks, the thermostat broke and the circuit breaker kept tripping. The burners became warped. We took it for repair. The thermostat was replaced because it was stuck at 300. (Luckily, there was a circuit breaker.) A week later, we took it to another technician because it was burning food again at 150° for a device replacement. It's been there for two weeks and we've spent a fortune on ready-made food. The thermostat burned out again, they said. Don't you find it strange for it to burn out twice in 15 days? The head of the technical department apparently doesn't, because half-jokingly he told us it might be due to the voltage in our house! Not a word about replacing the device. Long story short, the oven broke down a third time. The authorized repair shop informed us that it's company policy not to replace devices. So we filed a complaint with the consumer ombudsman, we have a €179 flowerpot on our balcony, and we bought a new oven which, you know what, finally cooks. Don't even think about buying this one

This review is about a variation of the product

Generally a good oven for its size, it is of Turkish manufacture with average quality, with 2 regular burners that work properly but do not operate simultaneously with the oven. Now, on the positive side, the oven has a large size, meaning it is as big as a regular oven and bakes quite well. On the negative side, the bottom has holes, making it difficult to clean, and care must be taken to avoid liquids falling into the heating element below. Also, when pulling out the trays and the grill, they fall out very easily in front, so you need to be very careful to avoid any accidents. They should have installed telescopic rails, and finally, it has inadequate insulation, resulting in the oven getting very hot on the outside, so caution is needed to avoid burns.

Worth its money.. and the oven is very good. We are a family of 4 and it covers our needs. A positive is that it also has a fan function, something I couldn't find in other ovens of this style. The only thing is that the base under the burners doesn't seem very sturdy, you feel that if the pot is very heavy it might bend and the burners might not be level anymore..

Updated review: The fact that the burners and the oven cannot work at the same time is a big minus. Also, the oven is quite powerful and indeed, well before the cooking time is up, the food starts to burn. It needs a lot of attention. Nothing has broken after almost 2 years, although 1-2 times in fan mode the fan made a loud noise, as if it was about to come off its place, but after a while it returned to normal.
