Although I was hesitant at first, I changed my mind along the way. The first time, it felt like I had polished my teeth with a fine polishing paste and a light soapy sensation, but after subsequent uses, these stopped. I didn't want bubblegum flavors or excessive foam as if I had rabies. I saw improvement in the 'bleeding gums' issue and have nothing else to reproach it for. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because I want to test it over time.
