The Metapharm Vitosyn Nigella Sativa food supplement contains black cumin seed oil and vitamin E in capsule form. The oil contains linoleic acid (omega-6) and oleic acid (omega-9), and its natural composition includes thymoquinone. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The daily dose is 2–3 capsules, after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, and do not use the supplement as a substitute for a balanced diet.
