Very good. It does what it says. It's not a decongestant, but it helps a lot in that direction and hydrates, softens the inside of the nose. You feel relief. For sinusitis, very good.

It really saved me, compared to other gels, this one is the only one that lasts and keeps my nose moisturized for hours. I wake up with a dry nose in the morning, I apply the oil and maybe I apply it again in the afternoon. EXCELLENT! The only negative aspect might be that it lasts almost for 3-4 weeks.

I had dry rhinitis and it saved me! It's not actually a decongestant but a product that moisturizes and softens the dry mucus. A dry mucus ends up getting irritated and the nose gets blocked. So, with hydration, it returns to its normal size and the nose clears up.
However, it requires caution, as initially I made the mistake of spraying it inside the nose, putting the entire nozzle, resulting - since it is essentially an oil - in the nose getting blocked by the oil and initially getting worse! It requires a small amount - a couple of drops on the finger - and with that, you should rub the nostrils as far as the finger reaches. Then, with the help of breathing, it will penetrate the entire nose!

I had reached the point where my nose wouldn't open no matter what I used, even with cortisone. Anyone who has a problem with their sinuses should try it.

Awesome for those who have hemorrhoids and problems with dry, sensitive hemorrhoids. It has saved me on the trips I often take for work and face big temperature changes from country to country. I always take it with me and I no longer have any problems with hemorrhoids.
