Really good fan for the price - vfm, especially if you are interested in normalized performance in terms of noise and not looking for perfect build quality (which is subjective in my opinion, as fans tend to become unbearable as their speed increases).

In any case, this specific series (as well as the corresponding 140mm) features S-FDP bearing type, which is FDP bearing technology developed/patented by Sony (you can find more information with a quick search on the search engine). Therefore, it is expected to be a higher quality choice in the long run compared to inferior, no-name (or rifle bearing) alternatives, often at higher prices.

Possibly one of the best available options with 120mm lights (or without them, if you find the corresponding model) based on the above criteria. It is a satisfactory solution both as a PC case fan and as a CPU cooler fan (for better performance, it is preferable to use 2 in the second case in a push-pull arrangement on the heatsink).

The fans can reach up to 1550-1600+ rpm depending on the motherboard. You will hear noise if you sit close to the PC, mainly after 1200-1300rpm, but certainly not excessive.

Adequate cable length in general, there is an integrated capability for unified multiple connection with an additional cable that will save you PWM-fan ports on the motherboard (I bought 4, so I can confirm it). The ARGB capability works flawlessly with the ability to be controlled directly from your motherboard and/or with a controller. Regarding performance, especially in noise normalized scenarios, you can easily find an interesting comparative test on the Hardware Canucks YouTube channel.
