I have chronic rhinitis, and many times I get sinusitis. With this product, I often avoid antibiotics.

It does an excellent job for those who suffer from sinusitis. It just requires patience and gradually unclogs the system. Follow the instructions carefully. Hypertonic packages are recommended.

Compared to the others, it was the only one that worked; due to pregnancy, I couldn't use the other sprays with cortisone.

Every time I bought it, I found the nozzle you press to dispense the liquid into the nasal cavity to be defective.

It does not do the job that those cortisone sprays do…
HOWEVER: it helps a lot to wash the area and to liquefy the mucus…
It has strong propulsion and this helps the water go deeper and rinse the area excellently.
Someone like me with problems from allergies and adenoids, easily and often has problems.
It helps me incredibly to avoid many antibiotics and addictive cortisone sprays, which I resort to much less often than before.

For people with chronic sensitivity in the upper respiratory tract, sinusitis, frequent colds, it helps as a natural reinforcement. It strengthens the area. During the acute phase, in infection from a virus, microbe, or allergy, I don't know to what extent it helps each different organism. However, the price could be better! Some of us use it chronically.

Effective, and an added bonus is its content of sea water instead of chemicals. It helps relieve nasal congestion and cold symptoms.

Perhaps the best decongestant in the series. Personally, when I am sick, isotonic solution does not offer me anything, and I cannot stand those that contain eucalyptus extract (my nose bleeds heavily). Because I was reading the comments and saw various people saying that this product doesn't work, I want to mention that it always plays a big role in how big of a problem we have. For example, I had a slight blockage in my nose and as soon as I used it, it opened up and I could breathe normally! Now, if someone has an issue with a deviated septum, sinuses, etc., they won't see any difference with this specific product, only with Otrivin and similar products that are quite heavy for the body. Anyway, regarding the product, you can strongly taste the salt and it leaves a salty feeling in your nose, but not to the point of being bothersome. I sprayed it in each nostril and my breathing immediately improved. The only NEGATIVE thing for me is that it releases a large amount of liquid and if you have it outside of your nose, it goes everywhere, and if you have it close to your nose, half of it drips out. Finally, I bought it for a light cleaning because I have another product for rinsing.

There is no worse "decongestant" than this.
Of course, it NEVER unclogs the nose, it just rinses it. I am referring to a slightly blocked nose and not something excessive. The cap is a drama, not convenient at all, you try to attach it and everything flies everywhere. A disappointment

Unclogger it is not. It does not do the job. It's like taking a dive with an open nose in the sea. It continues the clogging and difficulty in breathing.

It does not unclog on its own, but it softens the inside of the nose for easy blowing afterwards. Only for easy cases and to prevent situations.

When an adult's nose is blocked due to irritation from a cold, this specific solution does absolutely nothing. It might help to remove thick mucus, but as a decongestant, it is useless. Just like all others of its kind. A medicinal decongestant that actually works and lasts a thousand times better, as long as you don't abuse it.

Very intense spray and very salty, so as soon as you see it, the match starts. I tried it myself and it is indeed somewhat brutal. Of course, it is a quick fix. It makes sudden movements in the head and I am afraid of getting injured. I recently tried Nasaline and I prefer it now in every aspect. It is better in terms of cost and practicality, with more substantial results, and the child gradually accepts it more easily because it is less painful. I will not buy the bottle again, only the mini spray for outdoors

I bought both the large bottle (for washing) and the small one to have it with me. The large one is okay, it does its job. The small one doesn't do anything. When my nose gets blocked, it doesn't help at all.

I have been dealing with diaphragm issues and chronic sinusitis for years, which is why I used corticosteroid medications because only with them could I breathe. Only with this specific product out of all the natural remedies and all the Physiomer products, I can breathe better.

Immediate relief and hydration of the nasal passage. Even on a sore nose internally, it cleans without causing irritation. Each application lasts at least 5 hours. Finally, the children sleep comfortably...

For 3 years now, we have been using this nasal spray and its effectiveness is confirmed.

I am a fan of the large packaging that I use all year round due to my sinusitis. I bought this one because it can be taken on the plane since it is a few ml, thinking that it would have the same result as the larger one. Not at all. It is completely useless. The small packaging of Sinomarin is much more effective.

Smart packaging and useful because now the child can use it on their own as it is small in size and has a protective cap after each use, something that is not available in the larger packaging.
