The 24 cm metal pot lid has an opening for the ZWILLING ENFINIGY sous-vide stick. It covers the pot during sous-vide cooking, reducing heat and steam loss and cutting energy consumption by up to 50%. It also helps reduce water evaporation, limiting the need to top up the water during long cooking times.
The silicone insert covers the opening, allowing the lid to be used as a conventional lid. Its satin-finish surface is scratch-resistant, and the lid is oven-safe and dishwasher-safe.
