They helped me a lot with my immune system, they didn't upset my stomach at all and I think they are the reason that helped me during the winter with so many viruses not to even get a runny nose!! I recommend it!!

I started my pregnancy with these supplements. They were okay, I gave 4 stars because I had terrible bloating after taking them whether I ate a lot or a little. It should be noted that I had twins, that might have been a factor too.

Unfortunately, in my case, it was not good. It has low folate content (for girls who have insulin resistance and generally have polycystic ovaries), it contains pectin, low iodine for thyroid regulation. Therefore, I took them and stopped after 15 days. And I take individual pills... I would not buy it again. I would choose to continue with fertilovit, which I took throughout the first trimester.

Surely as a vitamin it is good but it causes my wife severe constipation. We will try iron + folate separately along with dha+D

Very good multivitamins. I used them in both of my pregnancies and only in the first one did I need to take a little extra iron in the 7th month.
