I received it today and as I was taking it out to adjust something inside the cables, it slipped from my hand from a height of not even 2 centimeters, lightly hit the floor and literally shattered. Obviously, it is safety glass so that no one gets "cut." It is glued onto two metal pieces so it can be screwed onto the case, the rest is all glass. Really, be very careful when putting it on and taking it off, because it can easily break in your hands.
