Description

With the option of wired or wireless operation, the dual-mode gaming mouse SKILLER SGM50W offers unlimited fun on any occasion.

The high-performance ATG4090 sensor and the main buttons made of non-slip and abrasion-resistant PBT ensure that everything remains under control during gameplay. And even outside of gaming action, the mouse promises to be a highlight thanks to its transparent bottom, software-free RGB lighting, and the stylish charging base for recharging the mouse at any time.

Wired or wireless operation

For maximum freedom of movement, the SKILLER SGM50W can be used wirelessly via the 2.4 GHz wireless connection. However, if you prefer a more conventional mode of operation or if the built-in battery needs to be recharged, the mouse can be operated with the provided USB-C to USB-A cable.

Long Battery Life

With a battery life of up to 70 hours, the SKILLER SGM50W is designed for extended periods of use. For recharging, the mouse can be placed on the provided charging dock.

This also features a handy slot for securely placing the USB nano receiver whenever needed. In case the mouse is needed even when the battery is depleted, the provided cable allows for simple connection of the mouse to a USB port on your computer and further use while it charges simultaneously.

Designed for gaming

Precise maneuvers and optimal control in every situation are provided by the high-performance ATG4090 sensor inside the SKILLER SGM50W along with the six PTFE mouse feet. Six buttons are available for remapping in-game to provide quick access to the most frequently used functions.

Optimal Handling

The shape of the SKILLER SGM50W is specifically designed to support all common grip types and is ideal for both large and small hands. For even better handling, the left and right mouse buttons are each made from high-quality PBT. This way, the buttons are well protected from grease, wear, and tear, and help maintain a good grip even after long periods of use.

Uniform, Environmental RGB Lighting.

The lighting provides highlights across the entire RGB spectrum. Through the transparent bottom side of the mouse, the colors are evenly distributed and stand out particularly well. All effects are adjustable without the need for software.

    Verified purchase

So, after quite a bit of research for a budget wireless mouse around 50 euros, I ended up here.

    First, let me clarify that

    - I am not a competitive gamer, I mostly play single player games so I don't care about 18000 dpi etc.

    - there is no way I will install extra software on my PC to configure buttons, LEDs, dpi, etc.

    - I hate very lightweight mice

    I wanted a mouse that:

    1) Has quality construction, without creaking and without being afraid to hold it

    2) Connects reliably via bluetooth, 2.4 GHz, and wired

    3) Is relatively large for my hands (palm grip) and comfortable to scroll

    4) Has a built-in battery (this was actually the reason I rejected the Razer Basilisk which was at the same price) because I didn't want to mess with rechargeable AAA or AA batteries

    5) Has nice and discreet RGB for aesthetic reasons.

Although there were quite a few from Temu + AliExpress that had the above (attack shark x3, vxe r1 pro), I decided to get something from the domestic market and so far, I can say I haven't regretted choosing the Sharkoon.

It decently meets all of the above, and a big plus is the charging dock that comes with it so you can "park" it when you're done with whatever you're doing.

Time will tell if the purchase was really worth it, so I will come back with an update.
