Pollen is one of the most valuable bee products, perhaps second only to royal jelly. It is found in the flowers of plants, from where bees collect it and transport it to their hive. It constitutes the daily and basic food of bees and their brood. Its taste and color vary depending on the flowering.

Pollen is a rich natural food in vitamins, proteins, essential amino acids, enzymes, and other useful components of great biological value for the human body. Dried pollen has undergone moisture removal processing, resulting in a long shelf life without the risk of spoilage and, of course, storage outside the refrigerator with the possibility of easy transportation.

Usage Instructions:

  • 35g of pollen daily covers our needs for vitamins, proteins, and trace elements.
  • Start with small quantities.
  • You can mix it with honey, yogurt, milk, cereals, juices.
  • We recommend half a teaspoon daily for the first week. Then increase so that the body gets used to 1 tablespoon.
  • If you want to achieve weight loss, it is recommended to consume before meals.
  • If you want to achieve weight gain, it is recommended to consume after meals.
  • Children 3-5 years old: 5g/day.
  • Children 6-12 years old: 10g/day.
