Instructions for use:

• As a warm compress:
  • In a microwave: 300-600W for 1 minute maximum
  • In a conventional oven: up to 120°C for about 4 minutes
  • On a heater until sufficiently warm
• As a cold compress:
  • Place the heating pad in a clean, dry plastic bag and leave it in the freezer for 30-60 minutes
