Kurabies Mix 0.5kg

Mix for traditional kurabies in a 500-gram package. Designed for authentic taste and texture, it offers fluffy and crispy kurabies that melt in your mouth.

• Dosage: 65 grams of water, 90 grams of milk butter, 50 grams of roasted almonds, and powdered sugar.
• Instructions: Beat the butter in a mixer for 2-3 minutes until fluffy. Add the water and mix for 1 minute. Then, add the kurabies mix and mix for 2 minutes. Add the roasted almonds and mix for another 1 minute. Shape as desired and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. When cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
