Kourabiedes Mix 10kg

Mix for traditional Kourabiedes available in 10-kilogram packaging. Designed to deliver authentic taste and texture, it guarantees fluffy, crunchy Kourabiedes that melt in your mouth. Easy and quick to use, this mix allows you to create homemade Kourabiedes while maintaining traditional quality.

Dosage:

• 500 grams of mix
• 65 grams of water
• 90 grams of milk butter
• 50 grams of roasted almonds
• Icing sugar

Instructions:

• Beat the butter in a mixer for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
• Add the water and mix for 1 minute.
• Add the mix and blend for 2 minutes.
• Add the roasted almonds and mix for another minute.
• Shape into your desired form.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C convection for about 15 minutes.
• Once cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar (dried icing sugar recommended).

Storage: In a cool and shaded place.
