I give 5 stars because it really worked for me. I have been taking Viogenesis Berberine 500mg for about 6 months now, 1 capsule a day before food.

Before I started, I had slightly elevated fasting blood sugar (~110 mg/dL) and borderline cholesterol (total 220, LDL around 140). Basically, I was in the pre-diabetic stage and prone to high cholesterol.

Month 1: Blood sugar dropped by about 20%, to 90-92 mg/dL, and cholesterol began to steadily decrease.

Month 3: Blood sugar stabilized around 87-89, while LDL had dropped below 110. I also noticed a significant improvement in energy and digestion... a much more "clear" feeling after meals.

Month 6: All tests are now normal. Blood sugar around 85, total cholesterol about 180, LDL at 95. My doctor told me to continue, because obviously it works. No medication was needed, just consistency, attention to diet, and I also started some physical exercise... cycling every day for an hour and "canoeing" in the sea twice a week for 45-60 minutes.

Overall, a very positive experience. It's not miraculous, but if you take it seriously, you see results.
