If someone has a network device (modem, router, switch, etc.) and has unused ports, if they don't want them to collect dust, this is just what they need. It has a nice appearance and very good quality and fits tightly without leaving gaps. It's a bit on the expensive side for 24 pieces (you're paying for Ubiquiti), but there are also cheaper options if someone wants.
