The pink Pearl color is a new addition to the main line of Blackwing pencils. Each pencil contains the same balanced and smooth graphite found in the other Pearl pencils. It is softer than the graphite of the Blackwing 602 but more stable than the graphite of the Blackwing Matte, which is a favorite among calligraphers and illustrators.
