After less than a month of use, the external screen suddenly turned completely white for no reason and does not come back, resulting in me applying to Skroutz to return it for technical inspection, but Skroutz rejected my application on the grounds that the screen suffered damage like a crack, while the device is like new and has not fallen even once. The phone works perfectly, but the external screen is broken, and they are charging it to me. This was also my last purchase through Skroutz; I regret not buying it directly from the store because now the phone would be for technical inspection, and they would find the fault. Now I lost my money without being able to send a new phone for fault inspection.
After I finally sent it for service through Skroutz, the phone, apart from the screen, suddenly broke completely, and the sound when someone calls you is also gone. In less than a month, it literally became trash. If you don't want to throw away 50-55 euros, then get a branded one like Panasonic or Nokia and don't buy Chinese ones of this category. Unfortunately, I wasted my money with a purchase through Skroutz since they sent it back to me without fixing it and worse than before. Again, buying through Skroutz, not even as a joke...
