The gel contained in the electrodes maintains their adhesion and sensitivity during the process. They have a long lifespan, excellent quality, and stable adhesion for multiple uses, varying with skin oiliness. They are skin-friendly as they do not contain latex materials.
Instructions for use:
Clean the skin thoroughly before each application of the electrodes. The electrodes do not adhere well if lotion, oil, makeup, etc., remain.
Turn off the stimulator before applying the electrodes.
Insert the wire pins or snaps from the stimulator into the electrode connectors.
To improve lifespan and adhesion, lightly moisten the skin with a damp cloth before application.
Remove the electrodes from the bag and reseal the bag to protect the remaining electrodes.
For prolonged lifespan: Apply an appropriate amount of gel to the electrodes and let it act for 4-6 hours.

Although I am a fan of reusable silicone pads (mainly round ones), sometimes I prefer the adhesive pads because you simply stick them on your body and you’re good to go. That is, you don’t need to secure them with elastic bands. Nor do you need to apply conductive gel to them.
Their upper surface is made of fabric and the lower surface is made of very high-quality conductive adhesive (paste) that sits properly on the skin and the paste does not dissolve like some other cheap plastic Chinese ones.
Place them on clean, hairless skin for good quality application of the electrical pulses to the skin.
Just remember to moisten them with a little water after use and stick them back onto their protective film. It’s also a good idea to put them back in their bag to keep their temperature low. (Some people even put them in the fridge). They can be used up to 10 - 15 times (maximum), after which they need to be replaced.
Their dimensions are: L4.8xW4.8cm. Each protective film (sheet) has 4 adhesive pads.
Their cost is quite cheap, just €2 per film (and that’s how it should be).
