    Instructions in Chinese, but assembly is very easy. Just be careful, out of the 8 screws, two are thinner (they don't look thinner to the eye) and need to go into specific holes. Also, for the top, you have two options for height, and if you want it to be exactly above the microwave, check it a bit so you don't have to screw and unscrew. There's no Allen wrench included, you need a regular screwdriver. (woman here). You can generally put weight on top, it seems sturdy. As for the beauty, I find it beautiful.
