I ordered the C301 with a battery and received the C302 without a battery. So, when they don't have the model, they just send... another one!
Unfortunately, we need it urgently and we don't have time to run around to buy another one. So, if you want a product quickly, don't trust purchases made this way. Unacceptable.

Δυστυχώς τη χρειαζόμαστε επειγόντως κ ούτε έχουμε χρόνο να τρέχουμε για αγορά άλλης . Εάν θέλετε ένα προϊόν γρήγορα λοιπόν μην εμπιστεύεστε τις αγορές με αυτόν τον τρόπο. Απαράδεκτο.

Purchased in July. Until now it was working fine. Unfortunately, for no reason, it lost its connection to the WIFI and I've been trying for 2 days to reconnect it and nothing. I changed the WiFi channel, did the process 100 times and it won't connect. The process goes up to the point where it connects to the WiFi, there it fails. Disappointed.

Άλλαξα κανάλι στο WiFi, έκανα 100 φορές τη διαδικασία και δε συνδέεται. Προχωράει η διαδικασία μέχρι το σημείο που συνδέεται με το WiFi, εκεί αποτυγχάνει. Απογοητευμένος.
- The Xiaomi cloud for the Xiaomi app (which is MANDATORY to operate the camera) does not accept protonmail, not even the paid email!
- if it loses the network it starts complaining continuously without end.
- it has no battery at all
- Even after registering with a third-party email, it fails at the "subscription" to xiaomi cloud saying there is no connection while I can see the stream normally, so only SD local which is obviously useless for security reasons

Satisfied with the quality and functionality. If notifications arrived, it would be perfect. But I don't know if it's my phone's fault or something else because notifications do arrive on my wife's phone

I also have the c300. The c301 has greater sharpness and generally a slightly better image. But the range it can move up and down is much smaller (left and right is the same and it's fine), which didn't suit me at all because I wanted to mount it horizontally on the wall. Maybe it's because the lens is covered inside the camera when you close it for privacy, but it's a big downgrade
Εχω και την c300. Η c301 έχει μεγαλύτερο sharpness και γενικα λιγο καλυτερη εικόνα. Αλλα το εύρος που μπορεί να κουνηθεί επανω κατω είναι πολύ μικρότερο, (δεξιά αριστερά είναι το ίδιο και ειναι μια χαρα) το οποίο δεν με βολεψε καθόλου γιατί ήθελα να την βάλω οριζόντια στο τοίχο. Ισως φταίει που καλύπτεται ο φακός μέσα στην κάμερα όταν τον κλείνεις για privacy αλλά είναι μεγάλο downgrade

Now an owner of the camera after having a camera from a Chinese app, which I had for a year and a half, it didn’t have any issues at all, had very good image quality, automatic light, motion detection, etc... I was very satisfied, just at some random moments it would lose connection, which is fine if I was at home, but when I was traveling!!!!!! To the point, as soon as I installed it at the entrance, I can see as far as I need to and it’s legal, it has motion detection, even though here on Skroutz it says it doesn’t.... it clearly has much better image quality, you can see many more features on people and finally, it responds instantly to message sending and to moving the camera via the app on the phone... I have bought two in total... at some point I’ll install the second one at the other entrance even though I have a 40kg German shepherd there!!!!! To sum up... it’s perfect in every way, honest and even more!!! Installation is super easy!!! I recommend it based on my experience...
κάτοχος πλέον της κάμερας μετά από μια κάμερα από μια Κινέζικη εφαρμογή, την οποία την είχα ενάμιση χρόνο, δεν έπαθε απολύτως τίποτα, είχε πολύ καλή εικόνα είχε φως αυτόματο, ανίχνευση κίνησης κλπ.. πολύ ικανοποιημένος, απλά σε κάποιες άσχετες στιγμές έχανε την σύνδεση, αντε να είμαι σπίτι πάει στα κομμάτια αλλά όταν έλειπα ταξίδι!!!!!! στο δια ταύτα, μόλις την έβαλα στην είσοδο, βλέπω μέχρι όσο πρέπει και είναι νόμιμο, έχει ανίχνευση κίνησης, ενώ μέσα εδώ στο σκρουτζ γράφει πως δεν.... έχει σαφώς πολύ καλύτερη εικόνα, βλέπεις πολλά περισσότερα χαρακτηριστικά σε ανθρώπους και τέλος έχει άμεση ανταπόκριση σε αποστολή μηνύματος και σε μετακίνηση της κάμερας μέσω της εφαρμογής στο κινητό... έχω πάρει δύο στο σύνολο.. κάποια στιγμή θα βάλω και την δεύτερη στην άλλη είσοδο παρ όλο που έχω ένα 40 κιλών λυκόσκυλο εκεί!!!!! κλείνω... είναι άψογη σε όλα της, τίμια και με το παραπάνω!!! η εγκατάσταση πανεύκολη!!! την προτείνω μετά από εμπειρία...
Mine showed a rotation problem via the app from the beginning. In the end, they replaced it immediately and everything was fine. I believe it was a random incident. I trust XIAOMI and I have many of their products with which I never had a problem.

Another Xiaomi device to add to Mi Home. And honestly, that's why I got Xiaomi, to have everything in one. Connectivity is super fast as always. As a camera, it has a very good image and the sound is quite clear. Notifications also arrive normally as soon as it detects movement (with a delay of about 5-10 seconds for me). The only thing that didn't work for me is the viewing angle, and not left-right, which is very satisfactory, but up-down. In the spot where I wanted to put it, high on a bookshelf looking down at the baby's crib, it wouldn't go any lower. I had another Chinese one with more freedom of movement but terrible sound. Anyway, to solve the problem I put a 'pad' under it to lift it a bit diagonally and it's just fine. Also, I read somewhere that if you unplug it, it loses its settings and you have to start over. However, I unplug it all the time when I'm done with my work and the next time I don't have to do anything, it connects automatically by itself.
Άλλη μια συσκευή xiaomi Να προσθέσω στο Mi Home. Και ειλικρινά για αυτό και πήρα xiaomi Να τα έχω όλα σε ένα. Συνδεσιμότητα ταχύτατη όπως όλα βέβαια. Σαν κάμερα πολύ καλή εικόνα και από ήχο αρκετά καθαρός. Έρχονται και ειδοποιήσεις κανονικά μόλις εντοπίσει κίνηση (με καθυστέρηση περίπου 5-10 δευτερόλεπτα σε μένα). Το μόνο που εμένα δεν με βόλεψε είναι η γωνία θέασης, και όχι αριστερά-δεξία που είναι πολύ ικανοποιητική, αλλά πάνω-κάτω. Στο σημείο που την ήθελα να την βάλω ψηλά σε βιβλιοθήκη και να κοιτάει προς τα κάτω την κούνια του μωρού, ε δεν πήγαινε άλλο κάτω. Είχα μια άλλη κινέζικη κινέζικη με περισσότερη ελευθερία κινήσεων αλλά χάλια ήχο. Ε τεσπα, για να το λύσω το πρόβλημα έβαλα ένα "πατάκι" από κάτω της να σηκωθεί λίγο διαγώνια και μια χαρά. Επίσης, κάπου διάβασα ότι αν την βγάλεις από το ρεύμα χάνει τις ρυθμίσεις και ξανά μανά από την αρχή. Εγώ πάντως την βγάζω συνέχεια από το ρεύμα όταν τελειώσω την δουλειά μου και την επόμενη φορά δεν χρειάζεται να κάνω κάτι, συνδέεται αυτόματα μόνη της.

2. Eνω την αφηνω στο "κεντρο" του τομεα παρακολουθησης, αυτη τελικα γυρναει και σταματαει σε νεκρα σημεια που δεν υπαρχει κινηση.
3. Εξ' αποστασεως χειρισμος λειτουργει τελεια, οπως και η αμφιδρομη επικοινωνια.
4. Καταγραφή σε microSD καρτα αποτυγχανει, καθως καθε τοσο μου ζηταει να την κανω format.

κάτοχος πλέον της κάμερας μετά από μια κάμερα από μια Κινέζικη εφαρμογή, την οποία την είχα ενάμιση χρόνο, δεν έπαθε απολύτως τίποτα, είχε πολύ καλή εικόνα είχε φως αυτόματο, ανίχνευση κίνησης κλπ.. πολύ ικανοποιημένος, απλά σε κάποιες άσχετες στιγμές έχανε την σύνδεση, αντε να είμαι σπίτι πάει στα κομμάτια αλλά όταν έλειπα ταξίδι!!!!!! στο δια ταύτα, μόλις την έβαλα στην είσοδο, βλέπω μέχρι όσο πρέπει και είναι νόμιμο, έχει ανίχνευση κίνησης, ενώ μέσα εδώ στο σκρουτζ γράφει πως δεν.... έχει σαφώς πολύ καλύτερη εικόνα, βλέπεις πολλά περισσότερα χαρακτηριστικά σε ανθρώπους και τέλος έχει άμεση ανταπόκριση σε αποστολή μηνύματος και σε μετακίνηση της κάμερας μέσω της εφαρμογής στο κινητό... έχω πάρει δύο στο σύνολο.. κάποια στιγμή θα βάλω και την δεύτερη στην άλλη είσοδο παρ όλο που έχω ένα 40 κιλών λυκόσκυλο εκεί!!!!! κλείνω... είναι άψογη σε όλα της, τίμια και με το παραπάνω!!! η εγκατάσταση πανεύκολη!!! την προτείνω μετά από εμπειρία...
Mine showed a rotation problem via the app from the beginning. In the end, they replaced it immediately and everything was fine. I believe it was a random incident. I trust XIAOMI and I have many of their products with which I never had a problem.
Η δική μου εμφάνισε πρόβλημα περιστροφής μέσω app από την αρχή. Τελικά μου την αντικατέστησαν άμεσα και όλα καλά. Πιστεύω ότι ήταν τυχαίο γεγονός. Εμπιστεύομαι την XIAOMI και έχω πολλά προϊόντα της που δεν είχα ποτέ πρόβλημα.

Another Xiaomi device to add to Mi Home. And honestly, that's why I got Xiaomi, to have everything in one. Connectivity is super fast as always. As a camera, it has a very good image and the sound is quite clear. Notifications also arrive normally as soon as it detects movement (with a delay of about 5-10 seconds for me). The only thing that didn't work for me is the viewing angle, and not left-right, which is very satisfactory, but up-down. In the spot where I wanted to put it, high on a bookshelf looking down at the baby's crib, it wouldn't go any lower. I had another Chinese one with more freedom of movement but terrible sound. Anyway, to solve the problem I put a 'pad' under it to lift it a bit diagonally and it's just fine. Also, I read somewhere that if you unplug it, it loses its settings and you have to start over. However, I unplug it all the time when I'm done with my work and the next time I don't have to do anything, it connects automatically by itself.
Άλλη μια συσκευή xiaomi Να προσθέσω στο Mi Home. Και ειλικρινά για αυτό και πήρα xiaomi Να τα έχω όλα σε ένα. Συνδεσιμότητα ταχύτατη όπως όλα βέβαια. Σαν κάμερα πολύ καλή εικόνα και από ήχο αρκετά καθαρός. Έρχονται και ειδοποιήσεις κανονικά μόλις εντοπίσει κίνηση (με καθυστέρηση περίπου 5-10 δευτερόλεπτα σε μένα). Το μόνο που εμένα δεν με βόλεψε είναι η γωνία θέασης, και όχι αριστερά-δεξία που είναι πολύ ικανοποιητική, αλλά πάνω-κάτω. Στο σημείο που την ήθελα να την βάλω ψηλά σε βιβλιοθήκη και να κοιτάει προς τα κάτω την κούνια του μωρού, ε δεν πήγαινε άλλο κάτω. Είχα μια άλλη κινέζικη κινέζικη με περισσότερη ελευθερία κινήσεων αλλά χάλια ήχο. Ε τεσπα, για να το λύσω το πρόβλημα έβαλα ένα "πατάκι" από κάτω της να σηκωθεί λίγο διαγώνια και μια χαρά. Επίσης, κάπου διάβασα ότι αν την βγάλεις από το ρεύμα χάνει τις ρυθμίσεις και ξανά μανά από την αρχή. Εγώ πάντως την βγάζω συνέχεια από το ρεύμα όταν τελειώσω την δουλειά μου και την επόμενη φορά δεν χρειάζεται να κάνω κάτι, συνδέεται αυτόματα μόνη της.

1. "Xανει" το ακροτατο σημειο της περιστροφης της. Ενω φαινεται στην εφαρμογη οτι εχει στριψει τερμα αριστερα, στην πραγματικοτητα η καμερα δεν εχει φτασει εκει.
2. Eνω την αφηνω στο "κεντρο" του τομεα παρακολουθησης, αυτη τελικα γυρναει και σταματαει σε νεκρα σημεια που δεν υπαρχει κινηση.
3. Εξ' αποστασεως χειρισμος λειτουργει τελεια, οπως και η αμφιδρομη επικοινωνια.
4. Καταγραφή σε microSD καρτα αποτυγχανει, καθως καθε τοσο μου ζηταει να την κανω format.
I ordered the C301 with a battery and received the C302 without a battery. So, when they don't have the model, they just send... another one!
Unfortunately, we need it urgently and we don't have time to run around to buy another one. So, if you want a product quickly, don't trust purchases made this way. Unacceptable.

Παράγγειλα την C301 με μπαταρία κ ήρθε η C302 χωρίς μπαταρία. Δηλ όταν δεν έχουν το μοντέλο απλά στέλνουν ένα…. άλλο!
Δυστυχώς τη χρειαζόμαστε επειγόντως κ ούτε έχουμε χρόνο να τρέχουμε για αγορά άλλης . Εάν θέλετε ένα προϊόν γρήγορα λοιπόν μην εμπιστεύεστε τις αγορές με αυτόν τον τρόπο. Απαράδεκτο.
Πιθανότατα να απορριφθεί κ το σχόλιο μου ως …. άσχετο αλλά είναι πολύ σχετικό μιας κ αγοράζουμε ένα προϊόν κ θέλουμε το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν!!
Purchased in July. Until now it was working fine. Unfortunately, for no reason, it lost its connection to the WIFI and I've been trying for 2 days to reconnect it and nothing. I changed the WiFi channel, did the process 100 times and it won't connect. The process goes up to the point where it connects to the WiFi, there it fails. Disappointed.
Αγοράστηκε τον Ιούλιο. Μέχρι τώρα δούλευε καλά. Δυστυχώς χωρίς κανένα λόγο, έχασε τη σύνδεση της με το WIFI και παλεύω 2 μέρες να τη συνδέσω και τίποτα. Άλλαξα κανάλι στο WiFi, έκανα 100 φορές τη διαδικασία και δε συνδέεται. Προχωράει η διαδικασία μέχρι το σημείο που συνδέεται με το WiFi, εκεί αποτυγχάνει. Απογοητευμένος.
