From a collection of ~50 board games, Zoo Vadis is definitely one of my favorite choices. It plays from 3-7 players, but I think ideally you need at least 5.

The rules are very simple; the main objective of the game is to move each player's pawns from one end of the board to the other in order to collect points. The magic of the game lies in the necessity to negotiate with other players to gain their vote to progress, thus creating countless opportunities for "bargaining" and intense debates among players. In short, it is a very social game.

Its simplicity and ease of rules make it a very good choice for beginner board game players, but even the more "experienced" ones will not be disappointed at all, as Zoo Vadis provides unique interactive experiences with your teammates
