Instructions for Use

Place each insole in the corresponding shoe, with the fabric side facing up.

If necessary, remove the shoe’s original insole to make space.

During the first days, wear the insoles for a few hours and gradually increase the usage time, so your foot can get used to the new support.

They can be cleaned on the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent; do not immerse them in water and allow them to dry thoroughly before next use.
