The Hikvision DS-PDP15P-EG2-WE(B) wireless infrared motion sensor uses Smart Environmental Control technology, digital signal processing, and a 3D lens with 52 zones across 4 planes. It detects motion at distances of up to 15 m and within an 85.9° angle, while PET immunity ignores pets weighing up to 30 kg and measuring up to 40 cm in height. It is compatible with HIKVISION AX PRO alarm panels.

Tri-X wireless communication at 868 MHz features AES encryption and a range of up to 1,600 m in open areas. The multicolor indicator shows signal strength and activation status, while the ambient temperature at the installation location is displayed in the app, which can also be used for remote configuration. The sensor features front and rear tamper protection and is powered by one 3 V CR123A battery, which is included and has an average operating life of approximately 5 years. It has a power switch and a design that makes installation easy.
