      Excellent choice if you want to boost a little. It's not meant to be taken for years. The only negative I noticed is that after 2-3 weeks I started to feel very hungry and suddenly at random intervals. The result was that I ate excessively and gained about 2 kilos of fat, which I'm now struggling to lose. Be careful, don't let your appetite take over.
