It is not for everyone since the size of the capsule is not small, but it worked for me, everything in 1 and I have everything I need from vitamins with just one supplement, I highly recommend it if you don't have an issue with the size of the capsule

By far the best multivitamins I have ever tried! I saw a huge difference in my energy and vitality. Also, I noticed a significant improvement in my vision, seeing everything much clearer, as if I were a child again. I will definitely choose them again!!!

The only problem is that the capsules are somewhat large. I would prefer them to be half the size (even if the dosage is 2 capsules at a time). I hope they do that.

Very large pill, I think it would be more functional to be smaller even if it requires 2 capsules a day. My husband had an allergic reaction with a full-body rash with a known history of drug allergy to antibiotics (not to any ingredient) so be careful if there is any predisposition.
