    Dominate at 240 Hz

ROG OLED technology gives you the upper hand over the competition ― thanks to crisp 1440p graphics and ultra-smooth gameplay at an impressive 240 Hz.

    OLED Anti-flicker

The exclusive ROG OLED Anti-flicker technology features three refresh rate ranges (Strong / Medium / Off) to reduce flickering during refresh rate fluctuations, while maintaining immersive gaming experiences.

    20% brighter graphics

The latest generation OLED panel utilizes Micro Lens Array+ (MLA+) technology to deliver 20% wider viewing angles and 20% brighter images in fully white (100% APL) windows in SDR mode, compared to previous generation ROG OLED panels.

    Clear Pixel Edge

The Clear Pixel Edge algorithm reduces green and red borders on text and lines for improved reading experiences.

    Advantages of OLED Technology

The exceptionally high contrast ratio offered by OLED technology ensures the deepest blacks and the most vibrant colors. In addition, the impressive 0.03 ms gray-to-gray (GTG) response time delivers ultra-smooth gameplay with low latency. These features make the XG27AQDMG ideal not only for gaming, but also for professional video and photo editing.

      ADVANCED CUSTOMIZED COOLER

The custom passive heatsink found in the XG27AQDMG prioritizes heat dissipation. In addition, the rear cover of the monitor features upper vents that further improve cooling to significantly reduce the risk of burn-in.

      SCREEN PROTECTION

ASUS OLED Care provides timely pixel cleaning reminders, screen saver, screen shift function, and much more to protect the OLED panel and ensure the longevity of the display.

      Aspect Ratio

For players who usually use smaller monitors, the XG27AQDMG can display a 24.5-inch image, a 4:3 aspect ratio image, or a full-screen image with a 4:3 aspect ratio with deep OLED black borders around the image. For FPS players, playing in a full-screen 4:3 aspect ratio makes targets or character models appear slightly larger in the game, making them easier to hit.

        Uniform brightness

When enabled, the exclusive Uniform Brightness setting of ROG in the OSD menu reduces the maximum brightness to keep levels consistent for better viewing—even when the size of bright white windows changes. It also makes marathon gaming sessions much more comfortable for your eyes.

Very good OLED monitor, it does pixel cleaning automatically when idle or manually to reduce the risk of burn-in! After about 2 months, it hasn't had any issues!

Incredible screen. I managed to find it - by chance - at €580 when its price has reached €700++.

The screen is amazing, especially for its price, being one of the cheapest OLEDs with these features it performs perfectly.

Having had the monitor for almost 5 months now, I can say that it simply rocks!! It's a bit over-saturated like almost all OLEDs out of the box, but with a few tweaks it reaches the desired level. WOLED with a glossy surface is worth every penny. Okay, it's not exactly like QD OLEDs but it's very close, with each technology having its own advantages and disadvantages.

          Update 26/6/25
After 1 year and with daily use of over 8 hours, it's like I turned it on for the first time. No sign of burn-in or any other malfunction!

          Update 25/9/25
The monitor is in excellent condition, this update is mostly for those still thinking about buying it! With the new upgraded model in the series announced by ASUS with code XG27AQDWMG, which has a better 4th generation Tandem panel, 280Hz refresh rate, and a global MSRP of 599 euros, which is 200 euros cheaper than the original price of this monitor (799e msrp), it's better to wait for the fresh thing because at its current price it's still not worth it! Unless it drops below 500e!

          Update 12/11/25
The monitor is still in perfect condition. Asus is making things a bit confusing because they announced an upgrade of this model with code XG27AQDMG Gen 2, with the differences being the Neo Proximity Sensor that turns off the screen when you're not in front of it and the new TrueBlack Glossy coating. The panel remains the same at 240Hz.

          Update 2/4/26
The monitor remains in excellent condition.
At its current price, DO NOT buy it! Only if it drops below 450e will it be worth it in some way.
The XG27AQDMG Gen 2 is now at 505e and often even lower than that price.
And the XG27AQWMG, which is the real upgrade, goes for 550e.

              • Very good OLED monitor, it does pixel cleaning automatically when idle or manually to reduce the risk of burn-in! After about 2 months, it hasn't had any issues!

              • Incredible screen. I managed to find it - by chance - at €580 when its price has reached €700++.

              • The screen is amazing, especially for its price, being one of the cheapest OLEDs with these features it performs perfectly.
