Having had the monitor for almost 5 months now, I can say that it simply rocks!! It's a bit over-saturated like almost all OLEDs out of the box, but with a few tweaks it reaches the desired level. WOLED with a glossy surface is worth every penny. Okay, it's not exactly like QD OLEDs but it's very close, with each technology having its own advantages and disadvantages.

After 1 year and with daily use of over 8 hours, it's like I turned it on for the first time. No sign of burn-in or any other malfunction!

The monitor is in excellent condition, this update is mostly for those still thinking about buying it! With the new upgraded model in the series announced by ASUS with code XG27AQDWMG, which has a better 4th generation Tandem panel, 280Hz refresh rate, and a global MSRP of 599 euros, which is 200 euros cheaper than the original price of this monitor (799e msrp), it's better to wait for the fresh thing because at its current price it's still not worth it! Unless it drops below 500e!

The monitor is still in perfect condition. Asus is making things a bit confusing because they announced an upgrade of this model with code XG27AQDMG Gen 2, with the differences being the Neo Proximity Sensor that turns off the screen when you're not in front of it and the new TrueBlack Glossy coating. The panel remains the same at 240Hz.

The monitor remains in excellent condition.
At its current price, DO NOT buy it! Only if it drops below 450e will it be worth it in some way.
The XG27AQDMG Gen 2 is now at 505e and often even lower than that price.
And the XG27AQWMG, which is the real upgrade, goes for 550e.
Εχοντας την οθονη σχεδον 5 μηνες τωρα , μπορω να πω οτι απλα τα σπαει !! Ειναι λιγο over saturated οπως σχεδον ολες η oled απο το κουτι αλα με λιγα βηματα ερχεται στο επιθυμητο επιπεδο . Woled με glossy επιφανεια ειναι ολα τα λεφτα . Οκ δεν ειναι ακριβως σαν τις QD oled αλλα ειναι πολυ κοντα με τα οποια προτερηματα κ μειονεκτηματα εχει η καθε τεχνολογια .

Μετα απο 1 χρονο κ με χρηση απο 8 ωρες κ πανω καθημερινα ειναι σαν να την ανοιξα για πρωτη φορα . Ιχνος Burn in η οποιαδηποτε αλλη δυσλειτουργια !

Το μονιτορ ειναι σε αριστη κατασταση , το update ειναι περισσοτερο για αυτους που ακομα το σκεφτονται να την αγορασουν! Με το νεο αναβαθμισμενο μοντελο της σειρας που ανακοινωσε η ASUS με κωδικο ΧG27AQDWMG που εχει καλυτερο Tandem πανελ 4της γεννιας , 280Hz refresh rate κ με global MSRP τα 599ευ που ειναι 200ευ πιο φθηνο απο τη αρχικη τιμη αυτου του μονιτορ (799e msrp) καλυτερα περιμενετε το φρεσκο πραγμα γιατι στην τιμη που ειναι αυτη ακομα δεν αξιζει ! Εκτος κ αν παει κατω απο 500e !

Το μονιτορ εξακολουθει να ειναι σε τελεια κατασταση . Η Asus μπερδευει λιγο τα πραγματα γιατι ανακοινωσε αναβαθμηση αυτου τοu μοντελου με κωδικο ΧG27AQDMG Gen 2 με τις διαφορες ναι ειναι το Neo Proximity Sensor που σβηνει την οθονη οταν δεν εισαι μπροστα της και το νεο TrueBlack Glossy coating τo πανελ παραμενει ιδιο στα 240hz .

Το μονιτορ παραμενει σε αριστη κατασταση .
Στη τιμη που ειναι τωρα ΜΗΝ την παρετε !Μονο αν πεσει κατω απο 450ε θα αξιζει κατα καποιο τροπο.
Η ΧG27AQDMG Gen 2 ειναι στα 505ε τωρα κ πολλες φορες κατω κ απο αυτην την τιμη
Και η ΧG27AQWMG που ειναι η πραγματικη αναβαθμιση παιζει στα 550ε.
