Gardena programmers last up to two years, as others correctly mention. The first one I bought broke in the middle of the summer season, and I returned it to the retailer while it was still under warranty, and they managed to fix it somehow. The second one broke immediately after the warranty expired, and it seemed like it was showing off its precision in programming, not in watering but in malfunctioning. I handed it over to someone in their network in another city (they didn't have a representative in Thessaloniki at that time - and now that they do, their service is still terrible) and they never fixed it, they didn't even respond with the cost. Luckily, the third one broke within normal time frames, meaning it lasted for a whole season after the warranty expired and then gave up. Don't even think about getting it serviced, taking it for them to think about it, examine it, and discuss it just to tell you that it costs as much as a new one. There seems to be a major problem, neither the product is worth it nor the service in terms of network/service/representation.
A cheap one that I bought for 20€ as a backup lasts for many more years and continues to work. That's why now that the third one broke, I will stay away from Gardena, they can't even withstand a single summer use.
Μέχρι δύο χρόνια αντέχουν οι προγραμματιστές Gardena, όπως σωστά αναφέρουν και άλλοι.
Ο 1ος που πήρα είχε χαλάσει στο μέσο της θερινής σεζόν, σε εγγύηση ακόμη τον παρέδωσα στον λιανοπωλητή και κάπως τον έφτιαξαν.
Ο 2ος χάλασε αμέσως μόλις έληξε η εγγύηση και ήταν σαν να μου έκανε επίδειξη ακρίβειας χρονοπρογραμματισμού, όχι στο πότισμα αλλά στη βλάβη. Τον παρέδωσα σε κάποιον του δικτύου τους σε άλλη πόλη (δεν είχαν τότε στη Θεσσαλονίκη αντιπρόσωπο - και τώρα που έχουν βέβαια πάλι διαδικασιάρα είναι το σέρβις) και δεν τον διόρθωσαν ποτέ, δεν απάντησαν καν πόσο θα κόστιζε.
Ο 3ος χάλασε ευτυχώς σε νορμάλ χρόνους, δηλαδή έβγαλε και μια ολόκληρη σεζόν λειτουργίας από τότε που έληξε η εγγύηση και μετά παρέδωσε πνεύμα.
Για σέρβις ούτε να το διανοηθείς, να το πας να το σκεφτούν να το δώσουν να το περιεργαστούν να το συζητήσουν για να σου πουν ότι κοστίζει όσο και καινούργιο.
Υπάρχει όπως φαίνεται χοντρό πρόβλημα, ούτε το προϊόν αξίζει ούτε η υπηρεσία σε δίκτυο/σέρβις/αντιπροσωπεία.
Ένα φτηνιάρικο των 20€ που πήρα για ρεζέρβα πιο πολλά χρόνια κρατάει και συνεχίζει.
Γι αυτό τώρα που χάλασε και ο 3ος θα μείνω μακριά από Gardena, ούτε για μόνο θερινή χρήση δεν αντέχουν.
