The Borner Combi Chef four-sided kitchen grater combines four functions in one grater. It is made of stainless steel with the following different sides:

• Diagonal single-piece blade for coleslaw and slicing vegetables into 2mm thick slices.
• 1mm thick blades for julienne strip cutting.
• Grater for cheese, chocolate, or other fruits and vegetables.
• Rosti grater for grating vegetables for Swiss rosti.

The container fits into the body of the grater and directly collects the materials you cut.

With an ergonomic handle and non-slip feet on the container for stability during use.

Includes collection container and safety handle.
