  • Unique scent! It doesn't suit everyone and it didn't suit me either! It requires older girls

  • Very opulent, very heavy. It has the eyes of the Virgin Mary. Unfortunately, a test convinced me that this fragrance suits very specific ages with a very specific attitude. I used to smell it in a formal work environment where I found myself as an intern, still worn by women over 45, and I just looked at them like goddesses just from the scent. When I went and tried it myself, it was something completely foreign. It binds and restricts by age. That's how I ended up with No19 poudre, which is for all ages, all hours, and I always go back to it.

  • If it suits you, I think there is no rival. I have worn many good fragrances. No. 5 is among the trio of scents that I always come back to.

  • Not exactly unisex, this fragrance has a very strong femininity and is quite heavy. Clearly not intended for young women but for mature ladies. It reminds me of the scent of myrrh. The presence of ylang ylang, champaka, and tuberose is very strong, which is enriched here with strong notes of fresh soapiness, and when these subside, it reminds me of baby powder. A classic choice, but I don't think it's the best option for a young woman to wear her mother's fragrance.

  • Made with love by Coco Chanel in 1918 during the First World War to awaken the senses. A base of patchouli and vanilla, oriental and deeply intoxicating, recommended only for the evening, with high notes of bergamot and jasmine. Amazing, but for ladies, not for young ladies. The latter should try Chanel Mademoiselle, which is more airy and modern, released in 2001. Highly recommended for your evening outing with your little black dress to seduce.
