When you become a parent, you realize that you have a power you didn't know was there, but you also face anxieties you didn't know existed. And, unfortunately, for these anxieties, there is not always a clear roadmap.

Over 2,000 parents have felt such anxieties. These are not fictional people from another continent or another time: They are real parents from Greece, during the period 2018-2023. They are new parents, as well as others with older children, who felt intense insecurity and did what was necessary: they sought the advice of an expert and Mama365.gr.

With this book, Psychologist - Psychotherapist Romina Saloustrou and Mama365.gr aim first to support and stand by these parents while also responding sensitively and responsibly to the questions that concerned them. The questions were submitted, published, and answered by a special section of the site, in order to help as many readers as possible. From these questions and answers, the 222 most representative have been included in this book.

And we say “representative” because while all the questions may pertain to specific children, they essentially address topics, issues, and situations that all parents will experience sooner or later. These include topics such as sleep, upbringing, adolescence, sexuality, and mental health. All the answers explain, analyze, suggest, and provide a basis for reflection.

And from these small and seemingly simple questions, a process of knowledge begins from which change is born. From a different way of thinking, we move towards a “fresh” perspective regarding our relationship with our children and the issues concerning it!
