Description

Description

The model from the company Sharp, has a screen size of 43". This size is recommended for placement in living rooms, or larger rooms.

The resolution of the TV is 4K Ultra HD. TVs with 4K Ultra HD resolution are aimed at consumers looking for higher image quality and viewing experience compared to TVs with lower resolutions, such as Full HD or HD Ready. The 4K Ultra HD resolution, which amounts to 3840 x 2160 pixels, offers very high image quality, focusing on detail. These TVs are suitable for watching movies, sports events, gaming, and other entertainment activities that require quality image.
Additionally, these TVs are suitable for use with computers and for modern games with high demands on resolution. They are usually aimed at consumers who want the best possible viewing experience and are ready to invest in a high-quality TV.

The panel of the TV is QLED.QLED (Quantum dot LED) panels are a display technology used in some televisions and offer several advantages, such as:

1. High brightness: QLED panels offer high brightness, allowing televisions to display bright images even in bright environments or rooms with many windows.

2. Wider color range: QLED panels offer a wider color range compared to other display technologies, providing more vibrant and accurate colors in images.

3. Superior contrast: QLED panels offer superior contrast in images, creating deeper blacks and brighter whites, providing a more dynamic and sensitive window.

4. Reduction of reflections: QLED panels are designed to reduce reflections from light on the screen, providing better visibility and enjoyment of images even in bright spaces.

5. Longer lifespan: QLED panels have a longer lifespan compared to OLED panels, as there is no risk of "burn-in" of static images on the screen. This means that QLED televisions can maintain their performance for a longer time.

6. Lower energy consumption: QLED televisions consume less energy than televisions with OLED panels, as the former use LED backlighting while the latter require individual lighting for each pixel.

Overall, QLED panels offer high brightness, wider color range, superior contrast, reduction of reflections, longer lifespan, and lower energy consumption compared to other display technologies, making them ideal for demanding users seeking the best possible image quality on their television.

Regarding HDR, it is equipped with HDR10, Dolby Vision, HLG. High Dynamic Range (HDR) and its various types generally improve the picture quality of televisions and other video playback devices. This is achieved by increasing the dynamic range of colors and brightness of images.
The advantages of HDR are more vivid and natural colors, deeper blacks and brighter whites, more details in the shadows and highlights of the image, and more accurate color reproduction. Additionally, filmmakers can leverage HDR to produce movies with more natural and realistic images.
Finally, devices with HDR support can play content that is encoded with HDR, offering a more impressive viewing experience for the user.

This model belongs to the broader family of Smart TVs. Smart TVs represent the evolution in television technology, as they incorporate Internet functions, allowing browsing of websites and the use of online applications (e.g., Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, etc.). They are, therefore, an example of technological convergence between computers and televisions. The latest Smart TVs have the capability of full Internet browsing, while older ones support access only to popular websites (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Twitter) through appropriate applications.

  • Excellent in every respect. Very good build quality.
Picture and sound are excellent. 4K resolution, QLED and HARMAN/KARDON speakers.
Fast menu and very well-made bluetooth remote that works without needing to point at the TV.
Metal legs and beautiful appearance, it gives the impression of a much more expensive model.
At the 220 euros I bought it for, there is no competition.

This review is about the size: 50 "

We're talking about a TV that's unbeatable, no need to analyze it too much. For its price, it has everything: picture, sound, and with Android you can do any hack you want.

I installed Stremio with Debrid, Tizen, etc. It's still early days.

The only thing that scared me is that in the center of the screen, when it's full black like on a loading screen, there's a big cloud, but according to what Grok says, that's normal. Anyway, when you're watching something, nothing is visible.

Update: I will talk to Cosmodata, where I bought it, to see what they say. Now I see others say it shouldn't have any cloud at all.

Second update: I don't know how, but as soon as I took it to the service to check it, the problem didn't appear again, so I can't prove that it needs replacement, even though the representative saw the photos with the cloud. Either way, I don't care since it works fine. Maybe it got shaken a bit during transport and the panel settled into place, which is very common with many QLEDs. All's well that ends well, the TV is amazing, you won't find such a good TV for this money again, as long as you also do a debloat. The service was criticizing it, but they probably don't know what they're talking about. It's one of those products that accidentally turned out so good, I don't know what to say—cheap, solid, no lag, Harman sound, etc. It doesn't have a single drawback.

The Google Box 3 I had used to lag more than this TV's operating system

With a few adjustments, the picture reaches a very good level.
I expected something better from harman kardon speakers.
