    If you have a high instep, choose one size up. Unfortunately, I didn't exchange it from the start because I thought they were new and would loosen up. Their footing is stable. As for standing for long periods, I would suggest another series from the same company, with a price difference of about 20 euros. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with their performance.
