    After a month of use, I have to say that I am very satisfied.
    Personally, I got the product to replace a dose of coffee, which I cannot consume due to a stomach problem... that is, for stimulation.
    I should note that I used to drink one freddo a day, which for me was enough to keep me energized for more than half a day... (e.g., from morning until afternoon..).
    The result for me is that I have the same stimulation without any side effects..
    After consumption (together with a snack to avoid any trembling, etc.), I see the results in half to one hour!!!
    I will definitely buy it again!!!

    The Alfredo espresso has 160mg of caffeine and gives you a boost! These capsules are supposed to have 200mg AND THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I tried 2 capsules together AND NOTHING!     I have been using it for 3 months now and it does work, but it is low intensity for a long duration. Personally, it takes me about an hour to feel it, and it lasts around 4 hours. It's not an intense boost but a lack of fatigue, just right for daily use upon waking up. However, for a more intense boost, I drink Monster, and I will also try Mutant Core tablets, which are even better value at 0.0003 euros per mg, while Olimp is 0.0005 and Monster is 0.01.
